Aether Mind Studios LLC operates PlagueWatcher. This notice covers accounts on plaguewatcher.com.

We store your email, password hash, optional name, role, and last login. Stripe stores payment details. We store a Stripe customer id, subscription status, price, billing interval, and period end. We do not store card numbers.

Watches and alert preferences exist so we can notify you. They are not sold. Aggregate product counts, such as how many accounts were created, do not include which disease or outbreak you follow. Notifications stay in your account.

Email alerts, when Brevo delivery is connected, go only to the verified address on the account and can be turned off per watch. Password reset and verification links are single-use and stored as hashes. Marketing mail is separate and is not turned on by a Pro purchase. A hard bounce can pause optional outbreak email. Billing and security messages are separate.

Ask PlagueWatcher currently answers from indexed evidence without a connected AI provider. If AI is connected later, questions may be sent to that provider to produce an answer.

You can delete the account from the account page. Watches and notifications are removed and the login email is replaced. Stripe billing records needed for accounting stay with Stripe. Deleting an admin account is blocked. Privacy questions: brian@aethermindstudios.com
